Parents Association

Parents Association (P.A.) The Parents Association at Rosebud Primary School is a group of like minded parents striving to enhance the educational experiences of their children. Through fundraising the school community unites to achieve results in the form of the following equipment and improvements :

Recent PA Funded School Assets

  • $10,000.00 for netbook computers
  • $10,000 for Ipads
  • $8,000 Interactive Whiteboards


$4,000 Specialized BBQ Trailer

 • $5,000 Outdoor Speaker System

• $3,500 Multi Media Macintosh Computer

• $2,500 Multi Media Trolley

 All of these items would be unachievable without the efforts of the Parent's Association

Future PA Funded Objectives

• Aesthetically enhancing the school yard

• Synthetic grass for some of the playground areas.

How does the PA operate?

The fundraising is operated through a series of events throughout the year that actively promotes goodwill amongst the school community. For example listed below are the proposed annual events. 

• Easter Raffle

• Mothers Day Stall

• Fathers Day Stall

• Trivia Night

• Grandparents Day

• Footy Day

• Milk & Donut Day

• Casual Dress Days

• Grandparents Day

• Grade 6 Graduation

• Walkathon

• Christmas Raffle

• Market BBQ – every month

How can I get involved?

Your time is the biggest attribute that we ask parents/grandparents to donate. It might be that we require someone to wrap hampers or someone to pick up the sausages for the monthly market. You do not need to have special skills just a desire to help.
